Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Fee: Free Shipping
Estimated Time: 1 - 3 working days
East Malaysia
Fee: RM 15.00
Estimated Time: 2 - 5 working days
Singapore & Asia
Fee: RM 35.00
Estimated Time: 3 - 5 working days
Rest of the World
Fee: RM 150.00
Estimated Time: 7 - 14 working days
3. Tracking Your Order
Once we have shipped out your order, we will update your online order status. At the same time, an automated email notification containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
Please check both your Inbox and Junk/Spam folders if you do not see the notification. You may use this tracking number to view and track your parcel's journey manually.
4. Local Pick-Up (Self-Collection)
For customers who prefer to collect their parcels in person, we provide a seamless boutique collection service.

Availability: Pick-up and drop-off services are strictly available in Malaysia only.
